Rocket’s owners described him as their handsome, sweet and biddable momma’s boy. He was always willing to try anything they asked of him, and his biggest fault was that he was a terrible bed hog! Rocket had beautiful fluid movement in the breed ring as well as in the field. He earned his Senior Hunter title at the age of 2 ½ years old and had one Master Hunter leg under his belt. After taking a break from the field, he began his journey with Rally, Obedience and Agility. Rocket was one of those dogs that loved to please and was eager to work for his owners in whatever venue they explored. Rocket had a sweet personality, and I am so pleased he had such wonderful owners. He was the proud sire of Jagger, who earned all of his puppy/derby points in one weekend at the South Louisiana Vizsla Club’s Field Trial in February, 2008. Rocket was dearly loved and will be deeply missed by his owners, breeder and many who knew him. He has frozen semen for breeding to approved bitches.
